Own and scale Co's digital growth across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & affiliate channel partners by driving profitable customer acquisition, improving conversion efficiency, and maximizing marketing ROI

- Own end-to-end performance across Google Ads (Search, Shopping/PMax, YouTube), Meta Ads and SEO.
- Drive customer acquisition while maintaining target ROAS, CAC and contribution margin goals. • Continuously optimize campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creatives and landing pages.
- Work closely with the Creative, Brand, CRM, Merchandising and Tech teams to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Develop SEO strategy including technical SEO, content planning, keyword expansion and organic traffic growth. •

Analyze campaign performance using GA4, attribution tools and dashboards to generate actionable insights.

- Lead experimentation through structured A/B testing across ads, audiences, landing pages and offers.
- Manage agency/freelancer relationships where applicable while maintaining strong execution quality.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, AI-driven advertising features and emerging growth opportunities.





Minimum 4- 7 years of hands-on experience managing highscale D2C performance marketing budgets across Google and Meta.

Solid analytical mindset with proven experience delivering profitable growth. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
