Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with mining safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Ensure Safety in drilling blasting,

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and deliver effective safety training programs for employees at all levels.

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective risk assessment strategies.

- Provide guidance on fire prevention, emergency response planning, and incident investigation procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the metals & mining industry.

- Diploma or degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Any Specialization or equivalent qualification in Fire And Safety Engineering.

- Robust knowledge of HSE principles, practices, and regulatory requirements applicable to mining operations.

- Proven track record of implementing successful safety audits and improving overall workplace safety performance.
