Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Technology Analyst/ Technology Lead with strong expertise in either backend development or integration technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and effective systems while providing technical leadership and mentorship within the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements analysis and design to deployment and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems or integration solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services for enterprise-grade applications.
- Proficient in designing and consuming APIs and working with databases(SQL/NoSQL).
- Good understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
