Position Overview:

Support H2R operations with a focus on Employee Data Management (EDM), ensuring accurate HR transactions, SLA adherence, and a seamless employee experience using HR systems.

Youll make a difference by:

- Manage EDM in Workday & ServiceNow
- Process HR cases within SLAs
- Handle HR admin requests and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare governance reports and MIS




- Conduct trainings and quality audits
- Support process improvements and BAU activities
- Resolve employee queries with a customer-focused approach

Your success is grounded in:

- 4-5 years in H2R / Employee Lifecycle as SME
- 2-3 years in EDM as SME
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Preferred to have Middle East / Africa experience.
- Knowledge of H2R and HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP or HCM tools
- Solid attention to detail and stakeholder management
