You'll make a difference by:

- Managing inbound calls and web requests accurately and timely execution with highest standards of quality.
- Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.
- Complete reporting of activities handled on daily/weekly/monthly basis (as per requirements).
- Adherence to robust tracking mechanism on processed transactions daily.
- Flexible working in shifts (including night shifts) and split/rotational weekly offs.
- Positive verbal and written communication in English and Verbal communication.

Your success is grounded in:

- Around 2 years of experience.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
- Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close.

This role is based in Bangalore. You will also get to visit other locations in India and around the globe, so you will need to go where this journey takes you.
