- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural supervision, preferably in property development or construction.
- Candidates shall have minimum 4 years of overseas experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), and familiarity with construction processes and building codes.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction methodologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and a solid understanding of building codes and construction materials.
