Experience: 5+ Years (Relevant MDM & Semarchy xDM Experience is must)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement enterprise MDM solutions
Create and maintain master data models, mappings, and transformation logic

Experience with Semarchy xDM
Build data integration processes and collaborate with ETL teams for seamless data synchronization
Implement data quality rules, validation, and monitoring processes
Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and governance teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions
Optimize MDM system performance and resolve data processing bottlenecks
Prepare technical documentation and support end users with MDM best practices

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field




Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) implementation
Expertise in Data Modeling, Data Integration, and ETL processes
Hands-on experience with SQL (2+ years) in relational databases/data warehousing environments
Knowledge of Data Quality Management principles
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
