This position requires a technically robust professional with hands-on experience in HVAC/Cooling products, product troubleshooting, testing, installation support, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical interface between Product Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service teams.

Drive Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) for product, manufacturing, and field issues.

Support product troubleshooting, failure analysis, and technical issue resolution.

Collaborate with Design Engineering for Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECO/ECN) and product modifications.

Analyze the impact of design changes on manufacturing, testing, and field performance.

Support new product introduction (NPI), product validation, qualification, and industrialization activities.

Review product performance, quality trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Participate in PFMEA, risk assessments,



product reviews, and process improvement initiatives.

Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing and service teams.

Ensure product compliance, reliability, and manufacturing robustness throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Experience

10 -15 years of experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Support, Service Engineering, or Quality Engineering.

Solid experience in HVAC/Cooling products.

Hands-on experience in product troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.

Experience working closely with Design/R&D; teams.

Exposure to product testing, validation, qualification, or installation support.

Strong understanding of engineering change management and product lifecycle management.

Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
