Role & responsibilities

- Oversee and ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 13485, ISO/FSSC 22000, and SA 8000:2014).
- Plan and coordinate internal audits, management review meetings, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) closures across all functions and sites .
- Liaise with certification bodies (CBs) for surveillance, recertification, and gap audits; ensure zero non-conformance / timely closure of NCs.
- Maintain and update IMS documentation, manuals, SOPs, process maps, and risk registers in line with the latest standard revisions.
- Drive a culture of continual improvement using PDCA, root cause analysis, and risk-based thinking across departments.

Preferred candidate profile

- 16-20 years of overall experience, with a robust and demonstrable background in the chemical / specialty chemicals / petrochemicals manufacturing industry (mandatory).
- Proven hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ISO SO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 13485, ISO/FSSC 22000, Koshar , Halal , Sedex & BONSUCO Certification.
- Lead Auditor certification(s) in relevant ISO standards will be a strong advantage.
