Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines for Turning and Milling processes to meet production and quality requirements
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle time and accuracy
- Design and develop CNC tooling, including selection and validation of cutting tools and fixtures
- Conduct current design trials, validation, and process prove-outs
- Perform troubleshooting of machining, tooling, and process-related issues to minimize downtime
- Manage daily work planning, including machine utilization and job prioritization
- Carry out machine setup, tool changes, and preventive tool maintenance
- Ensure compliance with quality systems such as ISO / IATF / AS standards
- System requirements MS Office, ERP SAP
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet defined specifications and standards
- Track, analyze, and report production metrics, including efficiency, rejection, and downtime




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Identify, document, and report production issues, and support corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with safety guidelines .
- Train and guide new joinees on machine operation, company procedures, and safety practices

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar production engineering role.
- Proficiency in CNC operation, CNC programming, and CNC tooling.
- Strong skills in MS Office, SAP, ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and managerial abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Convenient to work in shifts
