Role & responsibilities

- Perform the analysis for all R&D; samples.
- HPLC analysis of in process and finish valuable and its documentation.
- Handling the HPLC analysis additionally can perform wet lab analysis like moisture, Loss on drying, pH, TLC etc.
- Maintain the HPLC columns properly.
- Troubleshoot the wet lab instrumental queries and perform in-house PM of equipment.
- Write the lab notebook properly for all the analysed samples.
- Discuss the analysis planning and observations with superiors.
- Wear proper PPE while handling chemicals and performing analysis.
- Perform the calibration and troubleshooting for all analytical instruments.
- Maintain the lab chemicals as per hazards and compatibility data, study the MSDS sheet.
- Clean and maintain workplace area.
- Release the analytical reports from analytical lab.
- Prepare and review documents, test reports, instrument data, Method of analysis, test sample specifications and SOPs.
- Perform / Review Calibrations for all assigned instruments.
- Other department analysis and troubleshooting support.
