1. Site Execution & Technical Supervision

- Oversee all the Civil engineering buildings specialized in landscaping (Hardscape) works may include compound walls and other civil structures.
- Interpret and execute complex Building drawings, Landscape designs, and Shop drawings accurately.
- Conduct independent site surveying, establishing and verifying levels for pavements, water pipelines, and floorings using Auto-Level instruments.

2. Quantity Estimation & Project Scheduling

- Perform quick and exact quantity estimations for materials and works on-site.
- Develop and maintain practical, fast-paced work schedules to meet project milestones.
- Proactively forecast and communicate upcoming cash flows, vendor payments, and project costs to management.

3. Workforce & Resource Management

- Manage daily workforce allocations, ensuring maximum productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Plan and arrange material and equipment needs upfront (e.g., shuttering, steel, concrete rollers, and external supporting machinery) to prevent idle time.

4. Vendor & Material Coordination

- Coordinate directly with specialized material vendors (Granite, natural stones, special concretes,



etc.).
- Ensure quality checks on all incoming materials and check that they conform to project specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3-8 years of proven experience in executing large-scale residential infrastructure or landscape projects (preferably 10+ acre developments).
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Auto-Level instruments, reading complex shop/landscape drawings, and quick quantity take-offs. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, proactive communication, excellent vendor management, and a forward-thinking approach to budgeting.
- Languages: English, Hindi and Kannada preferred. Telugu and Tamil
