Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer + Administrator + Support Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, and production support. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce, developing scalable solutions using Apex and Lightning technologies, managing user administration, and providing L2/L3 application support. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, QA teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Build and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.

- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and Flow automation.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce applications.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.




- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model.
- Experience working on integrations with third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience in production support and incident management.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
