Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with ASME codes, regulations, and industry standards for fabrication and welding processes.
- - Experience in pressure vessel / heat exchanger / static equipment fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for pressure vessel projects.
- Perform NDT Level II certification testing on welds to ensure quality control.
- - Monitor welding activities including:
- SMAW
- GTAW/TIG
- SAW welding processes

- Ensure compliance with approved WPS, PQR, and welding procedures.

Job Requirements :

- 6-16 years of experience in the oil & gas industry with expertise in fabrication, welding inspection, or related fields.
- Robust knowledge of ASME codes (e.g., B31.1) and relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Proficiency in performing NDT Level II certification tests (UT/RT/MT).
- Experience with site execution planning, management, and coordination.
