Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.

- Strong understanding of TA processes including sourcing, interview coordination, offer generation & negotiation.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi(verbal).

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
