Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (IT Staffing Sales) who has a proven track record of generating business for IT Contract Staffing and IT Recruitment Services in the Indian market.

The ideal candidate should have an established network with IT companies, enterprise clients, system integrators, and startups, and should be capable of bringing new staffing opportunities for contract IT resources.

Experience selling IT Contract Staffing Services is mandatory. Exposure to the US staffing market will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for IT Contract Staffing services.
- Identify and acquire current enterprise clients.
- Build long-term relationships with IT companies and hiring managers.
- Pitch staffing and recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing contracts.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely resource fulfillment.




- Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Attend client meetings and business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Staffing Sales.
- Strong experience selling IT Contract Staffing Services.
- Existing relationships with IT companies across India.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience handling enterprise clients.
- Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in US IT Staffing Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Existing client portfolio.
- Understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.
