Were looking for an experienced JavaScript software developer to join our growing company. Pippin is a real estate tech startup specializing in title services in the US. Through our advanced technology, we help insurance companies, property developers, governments, and financial institutions to produce title documents quickly and easily for residential and commercial properties.
By joining our team, you will assist in developing Pippins proprietary software platform. You will get the opportunity to work on cutting edge JavaScript technologies and take ownership of client- facing software applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain JavaScript based applications
- Implement current user facing features
- Build reusable components for ensuring consistency across Pippins user interface
- Manage integrations with 3rd party APIs
- Ensure the quality, responsiveness, and performance of Pippins web applications
- Collaborate with other software developers and QA personnel
Must Have Skills
- Good understanding of ES6 (ECMAScript 2015) and later programming concepts
- Extensive experience with HTML and CSS
- Good understanding of asynchronous and functional programming
- Extensive experience with a recent frontend library or framework (Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
- Basic experience with NodeJS
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, SCSS, LESS)
- Understanding of authentication, APIs, and RESTFul services
- Code version control experience with Git
Need to Have
- Great communication skills (written and spoken in English)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or the equivalent demonstrated experience
