Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of USD 20,000 or more.
- Optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Work independently while meeting deadlines and business objectives. Preferred Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.

• Proven experience managing Google Ads budgets of at least USD 20,000 per month.

• Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns.

- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)



and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads certifications are an advantage.
