Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
• Maintain records, files, and confidential information.
• Track tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
• Assist in day-to-day office administration and coordination.
• Manage travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required.
• Provide administrative support to the management.
• Handle personal and skilled tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Coordinator.




• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Professional, presentable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling assigned tasks.

Preferred Candidate:

- Female candidates preferred.
• Candidates looking for long-term employment.
• Experience in retail, jewellery, luxury, or customer-facing industries will be an added advantage.
