Job Title: Manager/ Senior Manager

Location: Sector-48, Gurugram (Candidates from Gurugram, nearby locations, or willing to relocate are preferred)

Mode of Work: Work from Office Gurugram

Experience: 4+ Years (Post Qualification)

Key Skills Responsibilities

- Handle Transfer Pricing compliances, advisory assignments, Form 3CEB filings, TP documentation, BEPS Master File and CbCR filings, DEMPE advisory, Functional Asset Risk (FAR) analysis, Transfer Pricing assessments, and appeals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Transfer Pricing regulations, including OECD Guidelines, documentation requirements, benchmarking studies, Transfer Pricing reports, and TP-related litigation matters.
- Manage and support tax assessments, litigation proceedings, appeals, and advisory engagements.
- Supervise multiple concurrent engagements, review team deliverables, and ensure timely execution and quality of work.
