JOB DESCRIPTION : COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

1. POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our growing
team. You will be responsible for managing outbound communication with customers to
ensure the timely recovery of outstanding payments. As the face of our recovery operations,
you will balance qualified negotiation with high-performance target achievement.

2. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: 17,000 23,000 NTH per month (Based on experience).

Incentives: Performance-based recovery bonuses.

3. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Operations: Conduct outbound calls to customers for overdue payment
collection.
Follow-up Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule to ensure high
recovery rates.
Customer Education: Clearlyexplain payment dues, breakdown of charges, and
available settlement options.
System Updates: Log all call details and update collection statuses accurately in the
CRM/System.




Target Delivery: Consistentlyachieve monthly collection and recoverytargets
assigned by management.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related disputes
professionally.
Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and strictly follow
company/legal compliance guidelines.

4. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Collections, Telecalling, or Debt Recovery.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation is preferred.
