- Lead a team of loan servicing professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of US Mortgage.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues related to loan servicing, collections, and recoveries.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in loan servicing or a related field (US Bankruptcy)
- Solid knowledge of bankruptcy laws and regulations governing US residential mortgages.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
- Experience working with Loan Management Systems (LMS) software.
