Health Prime is hiring AR Callers to join our energetic team.

Job Title - AR/Sr AR Caller- US Healthcare RCM

Work mode : Work from office

Work Location : Puducherry

Shift : Night Shift (5.30 PM - 2.30 AM IST).

Experience : 1 - 6 yrs

Job Description:Role & responsibilities

- Calling the insurance companies for the specification of denials.
- Reprocessing the claim over the phone or reopening the claims on the online portals
- Calling the insurance companies for the specification of denials.
- Reprocessing the claim over the phone or reopening the claims on the online portals. Disputing with the insurance companies on incorrect denials.
- Checking status of the appeal filed and reprocessed claims through IVR,



Calls and online payers portal
- Filing an appeal to the insurance companies with the required information
- Refilling corrected claims with coding/demographic/authorization/referral corrections.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines when accessing and sharing patient information.

Requirements

- 1 to 6 years exp in AR calling .
- Proficient in denial Management is mandatory
- Proficient knowledge of computer, Microsoft office, Communication Skills English (Verbal/Written).
