Position Summary:

- Handling Petroleum Jelly, Cream & Lotion, Powder, Oil and Glycerin Section
- Co ordination with All Department Supervisors in their day to day activities.
- Make sure entire production is working as per Standard norms.
- Planning of next day production and checking and confirming the availability of PM & RM
- Monitoring the Batch processing and giving clearance for filling
- Checking everyday quality of product packing, calibration of weighing scale
- Online QC checking, In –process checking, Product weight, Labeling, Packing
- Ensure the hygienic and cleaning of production area.
- Knowledge of Aerosol and perfume manufacturing and production experience.
- Training of local Supervisors
- Take all corrective action to avoid product and foreign particle contamination
- Maintain the Production reconciliation on daily basis and RM Reconciliation on Weekly basis.
- Reporting online rejection on daily basis and Supplier Rejection on Weekly basis.
- Reducing the online rejection




- As Expiry Dates are printed in most of labels check for FEFO system followed in supply and usages
- Manpower physical verification and approvals
- Solve the Manpower issue with HR Department
- Co ordinate with Sales, HR, stores and utility department for the day-to-day operation
- Working full time in Production floor.
- Maintain GMP/ ISO and product Development
- Developing and Implementing SOPs for all work
- Utilizing the Machine and manpower in efficiency way
- Maintaining of all machine and area

Desired Candidate profile:

- Cosmetics in Skin care and hair care like Cream, Lotion, Petroleum jelly, Talcum powder, hair oil, Shampoo, Perfumes, Glycerine etc
- positive working experience in Cosmetic production and manufacturing. Candidate who is working in both production and QC& QA will preferred
- Candidate must have Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or microbiology
