Job Summary

AffordPlan is looking for an experienced and result-driven Corporate Sales Manager to drive business growth through corporate partnerships, Resident Welfare Association (RWA) sales, and key account management. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B sales background with proven experience in acquiring and managing enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive corporate sales by acquiring and managing corporate clients.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs).
• Develop and manage key accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and close enterprise-level deals.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
• Ensure excellent post-sales support and account retention.

Candidate Requirements





- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or RWA Sales.
• Strong experience in Key Account Management.
• Proven ability to close high-value corporate deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, FinTech, Employee Benefits, or BFSI will be an added advantage.
