Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM.
modules to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The
ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing workflows, integrating systems, and
optimizing IT service and operations processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development & Customization

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform covering ITSM
and ITOM modules

Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and service catalog items
Customize applications, forms, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements

ITSM Module Expertise

Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and
Knowledge Management
¢
Automate IT service processes and improve service delivery efficiency
ITOM Module Expertise

Implement and manage CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
Ensure accurate CI mapping and maintain data integrity within CMDB
Configure monitoring integrations and automate operations workflows
Integration & Automation

Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server,
IntegrationHub
¢
Enable automation across ITSM and ITOM processes for improved operational efficiency
Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
technical solutions
¢
Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical reviews





Support & Maintenance

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow
applications

Perform upgrades, patching, and ensure platform stability and performance
