Job Title: Purchase Manager

Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Experience: 5- 8 Years (Preferred)

Industry Preference: Construction Industry (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle procurement of engineering, construction, and industrial materials.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Compare vendor quotations based on quality, price, and delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement.
- Prepare purchase reports and MIS.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Maintain purchase documentation and compliance records.
- Control procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of purchase processes and inventory management.
- Good command of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.

Qualification:

- Graduate/BBA/MBA or equivalent.
