About the Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee to work closely with the leadership team on end-to-end real estate development projects. The role primarily involves overall project coordination, initial project analysis and feasibility, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders/consultants to ensure seamless project take off and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with management, architects, consultants, legal, landowners, investors, and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project feasibility studies, analysis, budgeting, cash flow planning, and cost tracking.
- Monitor project progress, approvals, documentation, timelines, and stakeholder deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, reports, investor pitch decks, and project updates.
- Draft and coordinate MOUs and other project-related documentation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis,



and support product positioning and pricing decisions.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders to drive project execution.
- Handle qualified email communication with clients, consultants, investors, and internal teams.

Skills & Tools

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Effective business and email communication.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, MS Word, and AI productivity tools.

Languages

- Excellent communication in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Kannada and/or Telugu is preferred.
