Tools & Design - Head

- We are seeking an experienced Tools & Design Head to lead our design and development team in Gurgaon.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tool design, tool development, and new product development (NPD). Location Gurgaon

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of tools and dies for various manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement new product development (NPD) strategies to improve product quality and reduce production costs
- Manage tooling projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality to ensure seamless integration of tools and dies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including CAD/CAM designs, tooling specifications, and manufacturing process plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in tool design and development,



and implement best practices within the team

Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in tool design, tool development, and new product development (NPD)Solid knowledge of CAD/CAM software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Siemens NX
- Experience with tooling project management and manufacturing process planning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
