Hiring: Senior Training Coordinator

Job Summary:

As an Senior Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating corporate training programs, workshops, and learning events. The role involves managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, ensuring smooth execution of all training activities
.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops as per the event readiness process.
- Manage venue bookings and ensure all training facilities are properly set up.
- Communicate with instructors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Perform LMS-related activities enrollment, scheduling, rescheduling, and feedback management.
- Assist trainers and participants with administrative support and issue resolution.
- Document issues, track tickets, and prepare daily/weekly reports on Excel.
- Ensure onsite training event activities are performed as per the Event Readiness Process/System
- Booking the venue for offsite activity or social events and Provide Emergency support / help for training
- Ensure the training Facilities are setup correctly and have the necessary equipment Management at facility
- Communicate with instructors and outside vendors in both written and spoken correspondence




- Coordinate and block Instructors dates & timing in lines with the training and workshop calendar

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent English communication skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in Training Coordination / BPO / Operations / Administration

Must be a Graduate (any discipline) except B.tech.

Comfortable working in Night Shifts

Willing to sign an 18-month service agreement

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
