Job Description -

Krisala Developers is looking for a highly accomplished Corporate Financial Controller to lead the organization's financial planning, governance, cost control, and performance management functions. This role will serve as a Controller to lead the organization's financial planning, governance, cost control, and performance management functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial controllership within the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries, with a proven track record in budgeting, treasury, project finance, MIS, cost optimization, and statutory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across all business functions.
- Establish and enforce robust financial governance, budgeting frameworks, approval matrices, and expenditure controls across the organization.




- Drive monthly budget versus actual analysis, identify cost variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance.
- Develop executive MIS dashboards and financial reports to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
- Monitor organizational cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and treasury operations to ensure uninterrupted business continuity.
- Oversee project-wise financial performance, construction cost monitoring, profitability analysis, and financial discipline across residential and commercial developments.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance relating to GST, Income Tax, TDS, RERA, audits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits while strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
- Partner with the MD, CFO, and functional leaders by providing strategic financial insights, business analysis, and recommendations that support long-term organizational growth.
- Drive continuous process improvement, ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and best practices across the finance function.

Must-Have Skills -

- Solid expertise in Financial Controllership, FP&A;, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Experience in enterprise-wide cost control, financial governance, and business performance management.
- Strong understanding of project finance, project profitability analysis, and construction cost monitoring.
- Hands-on experience in treasury management, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, financial reporting,



taxation, audit, and internal financial controls.
- Experience preparing executive MIS, dashboards, and board-level financial reports.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent systems.
- Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills-

- Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or other capital-intensive industries.
- Experience supporting multiple projects or business units simultaneously.
- Exposure to business partnering with senior leadership and strategic financial decision-making.
- Knowledge of RERA compliance, project funding, and real estate financial operations will be an added advantage.
- Experience leading finance transformation, process automation, and ERP implementation initiatives.

Educational Background-

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is strongly preferred.
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution.
