Job Role
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote dental services and treatments
- Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries in a qualified manner
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Follow up with patients for treatments, consultations, and feedback
- Maintain and update patient records in the system
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth appointment flow
- Inform patients about ongoing offers, packages, and preventive care plans
- Handle basic queries related to treatments, pricing, and doctor availability Person Specification
- Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service (healthcare experience is an advantage)
- Can communicate in English and local language
- Polite, patient-friendly, and professional attitude
