The role of Assistant Architect involves working closely with the Architectural Team to support the successful delivery of architectural projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of agreed project deliverables while maintaining a consistently high level of quality. Roles and Responsibilities Working through all phases of the project including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Permit Drawings, and Construction Administration. Reviewing the design and specifications for various building types across different sectors. Translating design concepts into fully developed technical drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD. Coordinating effectively with other disciplines within the organization. Preparing design drawings and models covering all aspects of architectural elements.



Demonstrating proficiency in BIM project management with excellent working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other Common Data Environments (CDEs). Having experience with large commercial and residential projects. Showing strong command of Microsoft Office tools. Possessing thorough knowledge of architectural design principles and engineering techniques. Having familiarity with US building codes, which will be considered a distinct advantage. Necessary Requirement 1-3 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Preferably with experience in US and UK projects. Excellent working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, Twinmotion, 3Dsmax, Photoshop, Scan to BIM.
