We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Expert MES & SAP PP to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integrated with SAP PP. The ideal candidate will have strong pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, expertise in MES/eBR solutions, and the ability to drive digital manufacturing transformation initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations and SAP Plan-to-Produce processes.
- Strong expertise in MES implementation, Electronic Batch Records (EBR), and MES-SAP integration.
- Hands-on experience with SAP PP and manufacturing process optimization.
- Experience integrating MES with SAP and Automation/Shop Floor systems.
- Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry experience.
- Strong understanding of GAMP 5, CSV, CSA, and validated environments.
- Experience managing MES/eBR implementation projects.
- Robust business process analysis, documentation, and solution design skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical functional and technical solutions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for international workshops.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead MES and SAP PP solution design and implementation.
- Drive MES deployment and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) initiatives across manufacturing sites.
- Analyze business requirements and develop end-to-end manufacturing solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between MES, SAP, automation, and quality systems.
- Support project planning, testing, validation, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Promote standardization, continuous improvement, and digital manufacturing best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in global pharmaceutical manufacturing transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Pharma 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives.
