Job DescriptionResponsibilities 1. Plan & Schedule Production: Ensure timely execution of production plans to meet delivery targets. 2. Manage Operations: Oversee daily manufacturing activities for efficiency and quality. 3. Quality Compliance: Maintain IPC/ISO standards and drive defect reduction. 4. Team Leadership: Supervise and train operators/technicians; manage workforce allocation. 5. Safety & Compliance: Enforce EHS standards and audit readiness. 6. Cost Control: Monitor production costs, scrap, and implement cost-saving initiatives. 7. Reporting: Track KPIs (OEE, FPY, output) and communicate performance to management. Essential Attributes Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent. Desired Experience Level 15–20 years of experience in production management, preferably in ISP/SMT or similar manufacturing environments. Experience in handling large teams and complex operations.
