Job DescriptionSummary TheProduct Manager for AI at GE Vernova plays a crucial role in thedevelopment and execution of AI-powered products that transformbusiness processes. This role is essential to our mission ofpioneering AI-driven innovation and enhancing user experiencesacross the enterprise. The Product Manager willwork with across GE Vernova and with the AI Portfolio Manager toidentify, prioritize and build out AI products. These products(several) focus on delivering improvements and value through thelens of the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) framework,measuring the impact of AI initiatives.Additionally, the Product Manager facilitatescross-business coordination, leveraging AI applications to driveoperational improvements and foster innovation across Vernova.Expertise in AI, combined with solid business acumen, is pivotalin translating complex technical challenges into strategicopportunities that propel the organization forward. These dutiesextend to not only internally developed solutions, but also toexternal suppliers (e.G. 3rd party software). Asa GE Vernova accelerator, GE Vernova Advanced Research is drivingstrategy and leading research & development efforts to executeon the business’s mission to help power the energy transition. JobDescription KeyResponsibilities: Product Ownershipand Development:



Collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingbusiness, engineering, and research, to develop and execute productroadmaps that align with strategicobjectives. Roadmap input: Provide input,alongside the Portfolio manager, to build the productroadmaps Technical Collaboration: Work closelywith data scientists, IT, and designers to ensure the developmentof robust AI solutions, maintaining technical rigor and introducingnew methods for verifying success and identifyingrisks. User Experience: Focus on deliveringexceptional user experiences by understanding and addressing userneeds in AI applications. Cross-BusinessCoordination: Support the coordination of AI applications to driveimprovements and innovations acrossVernova. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizedata analytics to measure product performance and make informeddecisions. Define and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure thesuccess and impact of AIinitiatives. Post-Launch Support: Monitorproduct performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterateon product features to enhance valuedelivery.3rd party solutions: Oversee theinterjection of AI products coming from 3rd party softwaresuppliers and determine best technologyfit. PositionRequirements: Bachelor's Degree inMathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with10-15 years' relevant experience. Experiencewith GE/GE Vernova highly preferred. BusinessAcumen: Ability to integrate business strategy with technicalinitiatives. Leadership: Proven leadership inmanaging cross-functional teams andprojects. Communication Skills: Excellentcommunication and presentation skills to engage with diversestakeholders and occasionally C-Suiteexecutives. Experience building and deployingAI applications. Problem-Solving Skills:Analytical skills to identify and solve risks andchallenges. Technical Proficiency andData-Driven Mindset Must be willing towork out of an office located in Bangalore,India.
