We are looking for a creative and user-focusedUI/UX Engineer to join our Shared Service Center in Kochi, India.In this role, you will design intuitive, accessible, and engaginguser experiences across our enterprise applications whilecollaborating closely with Power Platform Engineers, AI SolutionsEngineers, Data Engineers, Power BI Developers, and businessstakeholders. You'll play a key role in creating modern interfaces,establishing design standards, and developing reusable designcomponents that ensure consistency across Microsoft technologies,including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot experiences,and other enterprise applications. What You'll Do As a UI/UX Engineer, you will: Designmodern, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces forenterprise applications and digital solutions. Improve the userexperience across Power Apps, Power BI reports, Power Pages,Microsoft Copilot experiences, and other Microsoft-based businessapplications. Collaborate closely with development teams to createuser-centric designs that improve usability, accessibility, andadoption. Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactiveprototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.Create and maintain reusable UI components, templates, icons, anddesign assets to promote consistency across enterprise solutions.Apply UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, responsivedesign principles, and Microsoft design guidelines. Conduct userresearch, gather feedback, and continuously refine designs based onbusiness and user needs. Work alongside developers throughoutimplementation to ensure designs are translated accurately intoproduction. Contribute to the evolution of the organization'sdesign standards and design system. Stay current with emergingUI/UX trends, Microsoft design practices, AI-driven userexperiences, and digital workplace innovations. About You We'relooking for someone who is passionate about creating exceptionaldigital experiences and enjoys collaborating with both businessusers and technical teams. You have: A Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Digital Design,Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.



At least 2 years ofexperience designing UI/UX solutions for enterprise applications,business intelligence dashboards, or digital business solutions. Astrong understanding of user experience design, interaction design,usability, accessibility, typography, colour theory, and visualhierarchy. Experience with modern design and prototyping tools suchas Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms. Knowledge ofresponsive and mobile-first design principles. A basicunderstanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (considered anadvantage). Familiarity with Microsoft's Fluent Design System orother enterprise design systems (preferred). Excellent visualdesign skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Strongcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to workeffectively across multidisciplinary teams.
