Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highlymotivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as aCustomer Service Agent – Airport Ground Staff. In this role, youwill be responsible for assisting passengers with their travelneeds and providing exceptional customer service at the airport.Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-incounters and boarding gates - Handle ticketing, reservations, andother inquiries from passengers - Check and tag baggage accordingto airline regulations - Ensure compliance with airport securityand safety procedures - Assist passengers with special needs,
