Job DescriptionRole PurposeThe Manager - Culture will be responsible for strengthening and scaling TAC Security's organizational culture across departments and geographies. The role will translate the company's mission, values and performance expectations into practical programs, leadership practices, internal communication and employee experiences.This position requires a combination of organizational psychology, employee engagement, facilitation, learning and development, cross-cultural awareness and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities1. Organizational Culture- Develop and implement TAC Security's culture framework in alignment with the company's vision, values and global growth strategy.- Translate organizational values into observable behaviours, leadership standards and everyday employee practices.- Support the development of a high-performance, ownership-driven and accountable workplace.- Identify cultural gaps across departments and recommend practical interventions.- Promote a consistent global culture while respecting regional and cultural differences.2. Employee Engagement and Experience- Design and execute employee-engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle.- Conduct engagement surveys, focus groups, feedback sessions and culture assessments.- Analyse employee feedback and present actionable recommendations to management.- Create initiatives that strengthen recognition, belonging, collaboration and organizational pride.- Partner with HR and business leaders to improve onboarding, development and employee retention.3. Leadership and Manager Development- Design and facilitate development programs for managers and emerging leaders.- Coach managers on communication, team engagement, motivation, feedback and cultural alignment.- Develop workshops covering leadership behaviour, adaptability, collaboration and accountability.- Help managers build psychologically safe, respectful and performance-focused teams.- Support leadership communication and organizational change during periods of rapid growth.4. Learning and Development- Identify organizational learning needs through surveys, discussions and performance insights.- Design and deliver workshops, training programs and manager toolkits.- Develop programs on workplace adaptability, OKRs, communication, collaboration and cross-cultural effectiveness.- Coordinate internal subject-matter experts and external trainers where required.- Measure participation, feedback and business impact of learning and culture initiatives.5. Cross-Cultural Collaboration- Build programs that support employees working across countries,



time zones and cultural environments.- Provide cultural-awareness and communication training for global teams.- Support international employees and managers in adapting to different workplace expectations.- Strengthen collaboration among teams in India, the United States, Europe, the Middle East and other TAC Security markets.6. Internal Communication and Recognition- Partner with leadership and internal communication teams to communicate the company's mission, priorities and achievements.- Develop employee-recognition programs aligned with performance and company values.- Create culture campaigns, town halls, leadership sessions and employee-engagement events.- Prepare internal content related to people, culture and organizational milestones.7. Culture Analytics and Reporting- Define and track key culture and employee-experience metrics.- Monitor engagement, participation, retention, manager effectiveness and employee sentiment.- Present periodic culture reports and recommendations to leadership.- Use data to evaluate whether culture programs are creating measurable organizational impact.- Establish continuous-improvement goals for major initiatives.8. Change and Organizational Development- Support organizational restructuring, leadership transitions and business-transformation initiatives.- Assist departments in improving collaboration, role clarity and team effectiveness.- Facilitate workshops to resolve organizational challenges and strengthen alignment.- Partner with HR on performance management, onboarding and employee-development programs.- Support employee and culture integration following acquisitions or international expansion.Candidate ProfileEducation- Master's degree in Business Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.- Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications or a related field.Experience- Approximately 7-10 years of relevant experience across organizational culture, employee engagement, learning and development, recruitment, HR or organizational development.- Experience in a technology, cybersecurity, SaaS or rapid-growing international organization is preferred.- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership, culture or employee-development programs.- Exposure to multicultural and geographically distributed teams.- Prior experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations or HR operations is advantageous.Skills and Competencies- Strong understanding of organizational culture, employee behaviour and business psychology.- Excellent facilitation,
