Complete 97% ofIT support tickets within 3 days. 2. Ensure all IT equipment ismaintained according to current IT maintenance and replacementschedules. 3. Ensure system availability of 99.9% minimum PrimaryResponsibilities: 1. Provide end user IT support to all Indianstaff. 2. Ensure all Oliver IT Cyber Security standards aremaintained. 3. Procure and maintain IT equipment, software andservices suitable for the IT demands in India. 4. Provide back-endsystem administration on cloud and on-prem services. 5. ProvideSyteline ERP Support, development and customisation SecondaryResponsibilities: 1. Provide end-user training on Windows, MSOffice and other common software systems. 2. Support the localusage of Syteline ERP,



including implementation of new processes.3. Assist UK IT dept in local implementations of system wideupgrades. 4. Suggest enhancements to software and hardware systems.Behavioural Skills: 1. Ability to work remotely from other OliverIT staff. 2. Ability to prioritise workloads, often under pressure.3. Methodical approach to solving IT issues. 4. Willingness tolearn new technology and systems, and confidence to makesuggestions for improvements. Qualifications Skills Tech Expertise:Graduate in IT related discipline. Strong Hardware, Windows Desktopand Microsoft applications support skills. Confident dealing withIT suppliers, on both a commercial and technical level. Knowledgeof M365, Windows Server, SQL Server and virtualisationtechnologies. Robust Syteline ERP skills.
