Drive optimization of assembly processes in line withaerospace standards. Resolve complex operational and technicalissues related to machining and assembly (5-axis, CNC, VMC).Oversee quality control, internal audits, and regulatorycompliance.



Lead improvement projects to boost KPIs and reducenon-conformances. Mentor and develop staff through coaching andtraining. Enforce safety and HSE requirements. Coordinatecross-functionally with engineering, QA, planning, and procurement.Requirements: 10–12 years experience in aerospace manufacturingwith substantial managerial experience. Deep technical knowledge of5-axis machining, CNC, and VMC. Strong leadership, projectmanagement, and stakeholder management skills. Excellentcommunication skills.
