The team is committed to helping learners achieve their study abroad goals through structured programs and end-to-end advisory services.Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position involves guiding prospective students through the entire study abroad process, including initial counseling, country and program selection, and explaining admission requirements for universities in destinations such as the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. The advisor will assist with application preparation, documentation, and coordination with institutions,



as well as support students with visa procedures and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group consultations, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate student records, and collaborating with coaching and operations teams to provide a seamless experience. The role also requires staying updated on international education trends, entry requirements, and policy changes to offer current and reliable advice.Qualifications- Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to guide learners through program selection and admission processes.- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to handle counseling sessions, presentations, and ongoing student support.- Knowledge of Visas and related procedures for major study destinations, with the ability to assist in documentation and process navigation.- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, business, or a related field; prior experience in overseas education consulting or academic advising is preferred.- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain organized, accurate records.- Proficiency in English; additional local or foreign language skills are an advantage.- Comfort with basic office software and online application platforms; familiarity with international education systems is beneficial.
