Job DescriptionAbout the RoleEarnifi is building products that help consumers access and manage their money between paycycles. We're looking for a Product Manager to own execution for our Financial Platform. Thefinancial infrastructure is the heart of our product, and underpins every decision and paymentmade.This Financial Platform team is responsible for the systems that power how money movesthrough Earnifi, including payment processing and banking integrations, subscription payments,collections, and account settlement. While customers may never directly interact with many ofthese systems, they are critical to the reliability, scalability, and economics of our business.You'll work closely with Engineering and cross-functional partners to define requirements,manage priorities, and drive complex initiatives from concept through launch.What You'll Own● Payment processor integrations● Banking and card integrations● Subscription and collections systems● Transaction processing and settlement workflows● Internal financial and operational platform capabilitiesWhat You'll Do● Own execution of the Financial Platform roadmap from discovery through launch● Partner closely with Engineering to define product requirements for backend systemsand integrations● Translate business needs into transparent, actionable product requirements and user stories● Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, andCustomer Support● Coordinate third-party integrations with banking and payment partners● Drive projects forward, proactively remove blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned● Identify edge cases,



operational gaps, and opportunities to improve reliability andefficiency● Monitor launches, measure outcomes, and iterate based on resultsWhat We're Looking For● 3–6 years of Product Management experience● Experience working on payments, banking, fintech, subscriptions, financial operations, orother transaction-heavy products● Experience owning platform products, integrations, or technical workflows● Comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing APIs, system integrations,and technical tradeoffs● Strong execution skills with a track record of independently driving complex projectsforward● Excellent written and verbal communication skills● Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities● Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working through ambiguityNice to Have● Experience with ACH, card payments, payment processors, or banking integrations● Experience working with financial transactions, settlement, reconciliation, or ledgersystems● Experience at a fintech or other regulated industry, especially for a US-based product● SQL or data analysis experienceSuccess in This RoleAfter six months, you will have:● Successfully delivered multiple complex financial platform initiatives● Built strong partnerships with Engineering and cross-functional teams● Become the go-to product owner for Earnifi's financial systems● Improved the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of our financial platform● Established yourself as someone who consistently drives projects forward and delivershigh-quality execution
