Job DescriptionDescriptionAs an Associate Program Manager, you will be expected to develop and own the long term Instock program vision for India Subscribe & Save, execute Marketing promotions and Manage the Voice of customer program by owning the end to end SOP, working with partner teams and executing the SOP steps.Key job responsibilities- Program Strategy and Direction: Continually assess the needs of customers, emerging market trends and competitive opportunities in defining and evolving the Instock program strategy for India Subscribe & Save.- Owning Voice of Customer: Managing the VOC SOPs and updating it as per the use cases. Establishing a mechanism to ensure that VOC flows in product requests.- Owning Marketing SOP execution: Creating and managing Marketing Promotions end to end.
