· Understand hiring needs for Guidewire roles such as Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center

· Source and attract candidates with Guidewire expertise through job portals, Linked In, and professional networks

· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

· Assess candidates' experience in Guidewire implementations, integrations, and upgrades

· Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements

· Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Guidewire professionals





· Handle offer negotiation and ensure successful onboarding

· Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports

· 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Guidewire hiring

· Strong understanding of Guidewire platform and its components
