- Workload Automation platform administration (UC4/Automic, Redwood, etc.)
- Installation, configuration, and upgrade of automation systems
- System monitoring and performance tuning
- High availability (HA) and disaster recovery setup
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Database administration basics (Oracle)
- Operating systems administration basic(Linux/Unix and Windows)
- Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Maintenance support
- 24x7 on-call service

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
