Job Description
- Strong hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, Health Log Analytics, and Integrations.
- Good knowledge of Java Script, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and CSDM is required.
- Exposure to Now Assist, Agentic AI, or RPA will be an added advantage.
