Job Description
We are looking for a Service Now ITOM Developer with expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support ITOM modules
- Implement Discovery and Service Mapping solutions
- Manage Event Management and CMDB health
- Develop automation workflows and integrations
- Troubleshoot infrastructure monitoring issues




- Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Service Now ITOM
- Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server, and CMDB
- Scripting experience using Java Script and Glide APIs
- Understanding of cloud and infrastructure technologies
