Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), integrations, and Java Script scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Service Now solutions, implementing integrations with third-party systems, and developing custom scripts and workflows to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Service Now CSM applications and workflows.
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and APIs.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts,



and Flow Designer solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow Service Now development best practices and ensure platform performance.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Service Now CSM module.
- Strong knowledge of Java Script and Service Now scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Service Now integrations.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
