Essential Skills & Responsibilities:

- Deep understanding of Service Now CSDM (Common Service Data Model), including the design, implementation, and maintenance in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
- Familiarity with Application Portfolio and Service Portfolio concepts.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes and standards for CMDB/CSDM management.
- Identify root causes for issues and incorporate findings into process improvement initiatives.
- Robust communication skills, capable of interacting with analysts, vendors, IT incident management participants, and other stakeholders.
- Customer service oriented, with the ability to convey technical concepts to all levels of IT staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to Service Now users on CSDM-related topics, including CI management and data governance.

Desirable Skills:

- Hands-on experience as a Service Now CMDB Administrator.
- Knowledge of Service Now Discovery and integration with CMDB.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
